1 Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the zedbaj.net website and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Account Management

One Account Policy

Only one zedbaj account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact zedbaj support immediately.

• Change your password regularly.
• If you receive a suspicious login notification, report it immediately.
• If you log in on a public device, always log out at the end of your session.

Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. Zedbaj reserves the right to deduct a maintenance fee from the balance of inactive accounts, with prior notification given before any deduction.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Zedbaj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of each payment method.
• Deposits are generally instant — in the event of a technical issue, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from zedbaj, your KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Processing time: typically 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Zedbaj may place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Zedbaj may decline a withdrawal request for the following reasons:

1. If KYC verification is incomplete or unsuccessful.
2. The bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled.
3. If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is suspected.
4. If money laundering or fraud is suspected.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member.
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage and account sharing — will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus validity periods are generally 7–30 days, as specified in the terms of each individual offer.
• Zedbaj reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting Rules

When placing bets in the zedbaj Sports Betting section, the following rules must be observed:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• Zedbaj reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error.
• If a match is abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Zedbaj reserves the right to independently investigate any match with an unusual or suspicious outcome.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same match using multiple accounts is prohibited.

Odds Changes

The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet. In live betting, odds fluctuate in real time — please review them carefully before placing a bet.
